Short-term health insurance coverage:

Short-term health insurance plans are designed to provide temporary coverage for a short period of time, like someone between jobs or while waiting for employer benefits to start. Recent changes have made one of our Short-term medical plan attractive to those needing up to 356 coverage days. While short-term plans are considered limited-benefit, limited-duration plans, their plan design is more similar to traditional health insurance plans with a broad umbrella of covered services. One of our Short-term plan allows for up to four (89-day) policies to be issued consecutively. Each policy requires a separate deductible and cost-sharing, however, new medical conditions that occur after the first short-term policy coverage effective date will be eligible for coverage until the end of the 4th policy. Medical conditions that exist before the first policy start date are will not be covered. Due to plan design and coverage limitations of short-term coverage, we include supplemental accident and critical illness coverage as a package. Please call for quotes or CLICK HERE to do your own quotes and apply for coverage.

Other coverage options:

Affordable, private market health benefit plan - Fixed Indemnity Health Plan:

While many people will need or want to choose from the Affordable Care Act plans above, those who earn too much to receive a subsidy in the Health Insurance Marketplace, but not enough to be able to afford the high premiums, will be looking for more affordable health plan options. If you're generally healthy, this plan offers affordable, basic coverage for hospital, surgical and general medical benefits. Going without coverage is not necessary. With this plan, we can also help you to stay out of the income tax penalty box.

We believe our Fixed Indemnity Options plan is better than being without coverage or in a plan with benefits you can't afford to use.

This plan offers a low $50 deductible for non-hospital, outpatient care and provides benefits for  everyday healthcare needs. Adding supplemental critical illness, accident and dental coverage allows for necessary coverage and offers a nice benefit package. These plans are renewable so you won't have to sign-up for new insurance  every year. Existing medical issues may be eligible for coverage after 12-months on the plan.
